Allocation of different people on different roles and shows levels of flexibility
A good exercise.

Thanks all for your comments! And yes, it is a valid question to ask why a slow and expensive person would ever be retained on a project? But it does happen, perhaps it is a student engineer who contributes little but must be retained for education and future projects. Thanks for playing the game! Robc.

Great game. I only kind of got it almost right in the very beginning. The way the staff members are described makes one reluctant to allocate the fast and expensive one for a task, you would think of the budget running dry sooner than late. It is quite an eye-opener in terms of considerations a manager has to think of to get tasks done

Really funny and educational. I already saved company money, but I understood that I may compromise the quality of the work because I used cheap and slow workers.
