Easy game, I finished project on time and under budget. Secret is to start with resource that is fast and low cost. Overlapping activities can be executed by resources that are slow and relatively more expensive. Final stages of project must be executed by resource who is fast and relatively low cost to ensure overall project is completed on time and under budget

Interesting.
Need more examples with more common tasks.

Good game to put things into perspective. Lessons learned stay away from Rudy

I had to adjust my resources several times in order to avoid burn-out and still meet budget. It was not easy as one can lose track of the individual resources quite easily.

Very interesting game, it taught me to assign staff to tasks that get the project done on time and in budget. And also use my resources efficiently.

Very good game as it learns you how to assign staff more affectively and more cost effective.

Sorry that this forum has been offline for awhile. We are up and running again. I am currently working on localizing the PM game to the Spanish language with others to follow, If any Spanish speakers want to chip in and help I'd be grateful. Google translate is likely to create some strange words and phrases I know. Just leave me a message here or by email. Thanks. Robc.
