What a cool game, it is an interactive method to understand the Gantt chart and makes you consider and reconsider your staff/time/budget allocations. I never thought that the arrangement would cause the staff to burn-out.

I was little bit confused at first, however, I got the hang of it with a couple o tries. I learnt that resource over-allocation can reduce productivity & not all tasks require fastest resources.

when you put the fast and expensive one for the longer parts it works out cheaper and you dont go over budget

Playing the game helped me understand resource allocation. Fast workers finish tasks quicker but cost more money. Project managers must balance time, cost, and resources to complete a project successfully.
