The game is interesting and help to see how important it is to select the right person for the activity.
Top 3
1: Kathy--> FAST She is the best, give her the 3-part critical task without losing any budget dollars
2: John--> Low cost He does great keeping your budget down, but don't overwork him. He runs just a hair below timeline so use Kathy & Bob to help
3: Jane--> Slow and low cost LOVE Jane, she saves you lots of budget just always give her early complete projects or bail her out with a switch to Kathy or Bob
Middle 3
4: Vicky--> Average I think she runs a bit faster than Jim & Ann, so run her on your 3-part critical task if you don't have Kathy or Bob (with Jane or John $)
5: Jim--> Mr Average. Use him to fill in tasks and avoid burnout
6: Ann--> Same as Jim, just sometimes a bit slower (just barely)
Useful Tools
7: Bob--> Fast & Expensive Bob is great for saving your timeline, but use him sparing (preferably switching mid-task) & never without John or Jane (saving $)
8: Marti--> Marti is low-key great for tasks that finish early to avoid burnout
9: Mark--> Expensive Only use Mark if John /Jane saved you cash and you need to avoid burnout or Rudy
Fired
10: Rudy--> Slow & expensive Never, ever, ever use Rudy
Hope this helps!

The game is quite good and it gives you an idea of how to allocate tasks to right team members, this exercise also highlights costs and time saving strategies.
