So the trick is that you need to look at that table and the bar. The longer bar, the cheaper the cost and the slowest the person. When there is a chance, use it because your staff gonna be burnout working.

I have to keep my eyes on the table as is moving and assign the right staff to the right task to complete the task on the time with the given budget and resources.
